A house from the 1970s, extended in the nineties, renewed in stages. The brief began with the first floor bathrooms and grew into a new terrace pavilion, an entertainment room that works as a home theatre on movie nights and opens up for terrace parties.
The pavilion pairs a gabled timber ceiling with exposed brick piers and continuous lines of concealed light. Alongside it, a glass walled gym borrows the skyline. The renovation threads new services and finishes through an old structure without erasing its character.
